This 1-hour CLE from NOBA's Labor & Employment Law Committee will track the NLRB investigative and litigation process with particular attention paid to the General Counsel’s pursuit of NLRA Section 10(j) federal injunction remedies in parallel to administrative remedies. There will be specific review of the Supreme Court’s recent case Starbucks v. McKinney, which overruled the injunction test used by the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Tenth and Eleventh circuits, and united the 10(j) standard across the circuits. The ABA House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the ABA and its ultimate governing body. The House of Delegates is made up of around 550 delegates who represent various groups within the ABA and the legal profession. They meet twice a year, at the ABA Midyear and ABA Annual Meetings, to determine what the profession will say to the courts, Congress, governments, and bar associations.

Last week, NOBA's LGBTQIA+ Committee hosted "Q***r and Unusual: Emerging Trends in the Criminalization of LGBTQ" CLE and social in celebration of Pride Month.
