This 1-hour CLE from NOBA's Labor & Employment Law Committee will track the NLRB investigative and litigation process with particular attention paid to the General Counsel’s pursuit of NLRA Section 10(j) federal injunction remedies in parallel to administrative remedies. There will be specific review of the Supreme Court’s recent case Starbucks v. McKinney, which overruled the injunction test used by the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Tenth and Eleventh circuits, and united the 10(j) standard across the circuits.
