📢Today Is The Day! **Attention Employers:** 📢
Starting July 1, 2024, the Department of Labor will increase the salary threshold for overtime eligibility under the FLSA. Salaried workers earning less than $844 per week will qualify for overtime pay. This threshold will rise to $1,128 per week on January 1, 2025. If you are a decision-maker for compensation in your organization, do not miss this opportunity to stay in compliance! (Despite these changes, job duties will still primarily determine overtime exemption status.) HR NOLA, LLC
