Miss Cece Dynamite brings us back to the sideshow with glass walking! She's known as the Tasty Treat who doesn't miss a beat! Just as delicious as she sounds, Dynamite is a burlesque dancer, costumer and producer based in New Orleans. She was also an associate producer for the NOLA Nerdlesque Festival during its five-year run. Her repertoire includes burlesque, go-go, glass walking, emceeing, live events/stage management and custom costuming. Remember, this luscious lush has got sweet hips, lips, and fingertips. How do you like them tangerines?

🎪♥️ I’m rigged and ready at to start teaching next week! I’ve got 2 pulley points at 19’ and availability Monday thru Wednesday for private and semi private lessons. Point rentals are also available. We’re still working on a new forever home, but right now I’m full of gratitude for my community and those who stepped up to keep us going during this transition.

Hi Fly Fam!

I have some news to share. Our lease at Calliope St is ending, and our landlord has other plans for the warehouse. Our last day in our current space will be Dec 16. We will be taking a pause through the end of the year, and I don’t know exactly when we will be able to reopen in our new forever home. As an interim solution, after the first of the year I’ll be booking private/semi-private lessons and some open training times at Cafe Istanbul during the day as their schedule allows, so keep an eye on the website for that availability and we can train together (and as always, gods bless Chuck Perkins).

If you want to help with moving, either physically or financially, DM to reach out. We do need both those kinds of support and would be forever grateful.

Despite this unexpected transition and upheaval, I’m excited for our new chapter. While I can’t yet share the details of the future of Fly, just know it is going to be an even more sustainable and more accessible structure than we have been working with these past 7 years. This community didn’t start in this studio, and it won’t end there either.
