We converted this 7,200 sq. ft. single-family home on Coliseum Street into four luxury condos. The home was built in 1870. This project took advantage of historic tax credits, updating this structure while preserving historic elements made this a project we wanted to tackle. We retrofitted a sprinkler system and added an elevator!

We completed this historic renovation on Royal Street in New Orleans with Adamick Architecture. We added a camelback addition to this classic New Orleans shotgun house. This property was in poor condition at the start, but when we finished...WOW!
