These sweet, timeless girls’ bedrooms in this classic New Orleans home are coming together beautifully. 💐

Sunday Slumber. This retreats tranquil palette highlighted by the beautiful work by artist George Dunbar who we lost this past week. . He was a true master and what a wonderful gift to this family to have his work prominently placed to cherish daily. .

Small change BIG impact. This soap stone fireplace surround with the television had too much visual weight and looked like a vortex into the abyss.

The solution that proved perfect was to add a contrasting raised marble detail. Chic and timeless..

After/before- This once obsolete desk space was void of design. It was the elephant in the room. Good design takes a great deal of thought, skill and planning. Now this amazing niche provides interest and balance to this beautiful family space. Seemingly small changes can have BIG Impact.
