We are monitoring the weather and so far it looks good for Sunday evening, Although, it may be a bit chilly and breezy...but that only makes for a more Holiday feel. Bundle Up!!
Sip will be open at 4pm serving drinks and a limited menu.

Sooooo let’s do a danish class on Monday!
December 11th 6pm.
$35 a person
To register stop in the bakery or call me. You must be paid in full before Monday to attend this class.
Now because we are going to do a large batch of dough I will show how to make the dough then everything else will be hands on. We will make the cream cheese filling, the crumble for the top and how to shape the danish and how to roll the dough balls correctly. I will also show you how change any recipe like this to chocolate for maybe ya know a chocolate hazelnut danish. We will have dinner together, which we can also make….together lol. Whatever the class decides pizza, bruschetta, meatball sandwich on ciabatta, garlic cheesy bread whatever your heart desires within reason.

I will be making challah and some Japanese milk bread dinner rolls for Thanksgiving! We will be open late on the 22nd. Closed Thanksgiving.(had to post the closed on Thanksgiving I have a lot of people asking that question….lol)
