Sorry for the late post. We will not be open today due to family issues with the storm. We will see you all Friday for all you sub and salad needs. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Good evening friends. We at Heros are praying for all as we venture thru this storm. We will be open Tuesday our normal hours and closed Wednesday. We will hopefully be able to reopen on Thursday but we will have to wait to see how our downtown handles this event. Please follow all orders on evacuation and your safety must come first. Be safe and take care of each other.

Heros is an available to assist with making sub platters for your organization. Please give us a call to have your platters reserved for lunch to all the workers out in the field helping with our recovery. We thank all the people involved with the recovery.

Today was a great day of delivering platters for Heros annual 911 remembrance. A special thank you to Krewe de Forti for helping with bringing platters to our First Responders. Thank you to our sponsors for the help this year. Here are a few photos of the platters delivered today.

Please take a look at our new store hours, which go into effect on Thursday, September 5, 2024. We will be open from 10am to 6pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 11am to 2pm on Sunday. We listened to our customers and made these changes to better serve you. Please stop by on your way home from work or school and grab a sub or salad. We offer plant-based meats and cheeses for those who prefer them. We look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you for your continued support.

Heros Annual First Responder Platter Program 2024

23 years ago on September 11 th 2001, we as a Nation experienced an event like no
other.
A well-planned attack was made to our Nation and we were left crippled for a short
time. But our leaders immediately came together and set forth on the greatest
deployment of forces ever, which left our local First Responders of communities
throughout our Country to be on alert and serve our areas.
We lost many First responders and citizens on this tragic day, and we will never
forget those brave men and women that led themselves into battle to rescue many
victims and try to save as many from this attack but ultimately paid the price of
their life when these buildings collapsed that day.
We at HEROS are thankful for our local First Responders and we again on this
fifth year of our Platter program are asking our business friends, families and
customers to once again come together to support our First Responders by
purchasing platters for our volunteers to deliver to each and every First Responder
on duty on September 11, 2024. Last year we were able to deliver 97 Platters to on
Duty personnel in our County and it was the most fulfilling event to date. Our
volunteers were amazed at the love that was given to them when they showed up at
the Fire Station with a fresh sub platter. WE also delivered to our local Police
Departments and Sheriff’s Office.

This year our platter are $55.00 each and that includes preparing them fresh that
day and then going out and covering over 800 Square miles of County to ensure
they are delivered.
