For today’s tip Pasco Sheriff’s Office urges citizens to verify a contractor’s license at www.myfloridalicense.com. Pasco Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a shooting of a person that occurred in the Low Country Pl. area of Wesley Chapel around 6:15 p.m. Preliminary information indicates that an argument between two adult men, who are known to each other, escalated, and the men exchanged gunfire. One of the adult men was shot and transported for medical attention. The suspect left in a car before law enforcement's arrival. PSO deputies continue to look for the suspect. This appears to be an isolated incident amongst known parties. The investigation is ongoing. An update will be provided when available.

Update: Peno was found and is safe.

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Fallon Peno, a missing 39-year-old. Pino is 5'2", around 130 lbs., with pink hair and brown eyes. Peno was last seen on Sept. 4 around 10:30 a.m., in the Comar Dr. area of Holiday. Peno was last seen wearing a black shirt, black striped shorts and black flats. Pasco Sheriff's Office is teaming up with Farm Share, Union Missionary Baptist Church, Pasco Sheriff’s Charities, the Gentlemen’s Course, the Samaritan Corporation of Pasco County, Inc. and the Pasco County NAACP for a free food distribution! The next event is Thursday, Oct. 24 at Union Missionary Baptist Church at 9 a.m. It’s first come first served, so come out early!

New River Elementary School was briefly placed on controlled campus status today as a precaution due to people on campus hearing loud noises resembling a gun. Two adult men were reportedly shooting at cans in the woods behind the school. Pasco Sheriff's Office deputies made contact with the subjects, and they are cooperating with law enforcement. There is no threat to the school, and New River Elementary has resumed normal operations. The investigation remains ongoing.

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Jared Forma, a missing 48-year-old. Forma is 5'8", around 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Forma was last seen on Sept. 5, in the Tampa W Blvd. area of Tampa. Forma may be in the Great Sapphire Ln. area of Lutz. It's unknown what Forma was last seen wearing. Forma may be driving a white 2023 Chevy Equinox bearing GA tag CYK8468. Diaz was last seen on Sep. 11, around 9:50 p.m. in the Summerglade Dr. area of Wesley Chapel. Diaz was last seen wearing a white shirt, green/yellow shorts and green/yellow shoes. We Fight As One Wednesday: The Pasco Sheriff's Office recently partnered with our community to help make a difference for a Pasco County student. This young citizen recently lost his only means of transportation to school when his bicycle collided with a vehicle. Thankfully, the young person was uninjured, but his bicycle was too damaged to repair. PSO members worked with community partners to get the student a new bike and helmet so he could continue traveling to school safely.

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Karma Donaldson, a missing/runaway 16-year-old. Donaldson is 5’5”, around 110 lbs., with auburn hair and brown eyes. Donaldson was last seen on Sept. 10 around 5:45 p.m. in the Red Rock Dr. area of Land O'Lakes. Donaldson was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, green checkered pajama pants and tie-dye Crocs. Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Tabetha Armstrong, a missing 48-year-old. Armstrong is 5'3", around 260 lbs., with red hair and blue eyes. Armstrong was last seen on Sept. 8 around 1:30 p.m., in the San Miguel Dr. and Galen Wilson Blvd. area of Port Richey. Armstrong was last seen in a wheelchair, wearing a black and blue flower dress and black sandals. Update: Pasco Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a student for written threats to kill and unlawful use of a two-way communication device in connection to the social media threats directed towards Wiregrass Ranch High School. There is no threat to the school, and all schools in that area have resumed normal operations.

PSO once again urges parents and guardians to speak with their children about the consequences of making threats and the dangers of sharing threats and rumors instead of reporting them immediately to law enforcement.

Original Alert: Wiregrass Ranch High School and campuses in the area were temporarily on alert campus status this morning out of an abundance of caution as deputies investigated a social media threat directed towards the school. Deputies located the individual who made the threat and there is no immediate danger to any school. The schools have resumed normal operations. The investigation is ongoing.

Update: Evans was found and is safe.

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Maithan Evans, a missing/runaway 17-year-old. Evans is 5’10”, around 140 lbs., with black hair and blue eyes. Evans was last seen on Sept. 10 around 1:20 p.m. in the Martinique Ln. area of Port Richey. Evans was last seen wearing a black shirt with an image of a white cactus on the back, gray sweatpants, camouflage crocks and a black hat. Evans' right arm is in a black and pink cast. Florida is no stranger to natural disasters and unexpected weather; however, Pasco Sheriff’s Office is prepared and trained for various emergencies, including natural disasters. Our Deployable Emergency Response Team (DERT) conducts rescue operations and can be mobilized rapidly or in advance of a storm. These rescue operations provide supplies in areas with low accessibility and often help those who have become trapped by the elements, such as flood waters. PSO also deploys these resources to assist other counties where natural disasters have hit.

Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for James Fasolak, a missing 23-year-old. Fasolak is 5'11", around 180 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Fasolak was last seen on Sept. 9, around 7:50 p.m. in the Raccoon Lp. area of New Port Richey. Fasolak was last seen wearing a dark colored long sleeve button up shirt, dark shorts, a dark helmet with a light attached and may be carrying a backpack. HELP SOLVE A CRIME: Pasco Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a shooting of an adult male that occurred on Aug. 3, around 6:40 p.m. in the Trilby Rd. area of Dade City. The suspect drove westbound past two individuals walking along the Withlacoochee State Trail, then turned around, slowed the car and fired one shot out of the back passenger window. One of the individuals on the trail was shot and transported to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as being a Hispanic male teenager wearing a red or burgundy pullover hoodie. The suspect may have been driving a 2012 to 2019 Nissan Versa.
