Just wrapped up the first wrestling class at Agape Jiu-Jitsu Academy with Coach Chris! 💪 We focused on single leg takedowns and it was intense but super rewarding and FUN. This group is ready to take their skills to the next level!

Take downs are a fundamental skill needed for any grappler. Wrestling boosts your Jiu Jitsu game by refining your takedowns, enhancing control, and improving your conditioning. It'll set you apart to become a well rounded, proficient BJJ practitioner.

It doesn't just have to be a "you" thing either. Bring your wives/girlfriends and make it a fun date night! We have seating for kids to relax and watch, too!
