Day 8 Post Treatment. Some areas are still flaking. Texture, pigmentation and fine lines significantly improved. After the last few spots are completely healed, I will add HQ 4% back to continue to fade the pigment for the next month… along with resuming my ZO protocol.

Day 5 Post Treatment: most of the large amount of peeling is done, however the neck and chest is just peeling…it’s thicker skin!

The reddened areas will peel again. The spot under my eye was dark, now red. Some of the skin sloughed off during the night and was probably not completely ready to come off. I like to show this! This is why I say don’t pick. It will heal, but scarring can occur with pulling!!

Note: I’m a very reactive person, so my redness is likely exaggerated compared to other patients.

Day 4 Post Treatment: Lots of peeling going on. Some of the reddened spots will peel a second time. Lightly wash your face and pat it dry. Some skin will slough off. Just don’t pull it!!

Day 3 Post Treatment: Peeling has commenced! More pigmentation surfacing. As it peels, cut what’s hanging with scissors-don’t pull! Hey, we all are pickers but if it’s pulled too early, the area can scar!! Be cautious!!

This is a deep, controlled depth chemical peel. Provider applied/ in office treatment only.

Initial application remains on for 15 hours and is cleansed with Gentle Cleanser at that point. The second retinol (6%) packet is then applied and remains on for 8 hours. Then the face is cleansed with Gentle Cleanser. Hydrating Creme is the only product to be put on the skin until healed. (Unless I add a product to accelerate healing)
