I hope this message finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I write to inform you that Opulent Wellness will be closing its doors permanently on Thursday, July 25, 2024. This decision comes as a result of unforeseen circumstances and events that have made it increasingly difficult to continue operations.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. Your patronage and support have been instrumental in making Opulent Wellness a cherished part of our community. Over the year, it has been a privilege to serve you and to witness the positive impact our services have had on your well-being.

Opening Opulent Wellness was a dream of mine, and seeing it flourish has been immensely fulfilling. Beyond business, I have gained meaningful relationships with many of you, and for that, I am truly grateful.

As we prepare to close, our priority remains ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. Please take note of the following details:

- All appointments scheduled after July 25, 2024, will be canceled. Our team will reach out to assist you in rescheduling or provide referrals to alternative wellness centers in the area.

- Gift certificates and unused sessions will be honored until the closure date. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your account.

- We are committed to maintaining our high standards of service until our final day of operation. Should you need anything during this time, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
