Good Morning, everyone!

We want to first, thank Pamela Silvestri of the Staten Island Advance for her incredible feature and highlight of Something Sweet Homemade on The Dish as well as highlighting what we will be announcing right now (https://www.silive.com/dining/2022/08/living-the-restaurant-dream-something-sweet-owners-will-open-a-fifth-place-the-dish.html ). We have some tremendously exciting news that we are starting a new venture on New Dorp Lane, where we got started. We are opening up a fusion restaurant called Chick N’ Burger in the early Autumn. This destination will feature will feature a unique assortment of bento boxed chicken cutlet, braised pork and pork bellies as well as popcorn shrimp and sweet ‘n’ sour fish fillet. Bubble tea and fruit tea can be sipped alongside noodle dishes, fried chicken “wingettes” and a salty squid leg. There also are “burgers” from $4.99 to $6.59 with versions of luncheon meat-egg, fish fillet, beef, chicken, crispy chicken and spicy crispy chicken. This is a first of its kind in the Staten Island community and we believe it will revolutionize the way we snack. We will keep you posted on what’s to come!
