Hello hello everybody, we are back from our vacation, cooking up the storm, so that we will be ready to serve you your favorite food.
Tomorrow we will open our door so that you can have your hearts desire. Please come and see us we will be here to welcome you.

For all of you who love our food, it is a last minute chance today and tomorrow to come and enjoy what you like, we have all of your goodies waiting for you. We will go on vacation like every year in August for two weeks, starting Monday August 12. Enjoy the rest of summer and we will see you soon after our vacation. We would like to invite you for some special food that our chef Jano prepared today. If you like we can offer you chicken soup, best in this weather, also chicken perkelt - chicken paprikash with home made pasta, fried Camembert with potato, roasted duckling with cabbage and dumplings or any other specialty you would prefer.

Mate chut na neco dobreho? Dnes nam nas kuchar pripravila karbenatky-fasirky s bramborem, taky mame masove kulicky s rajskou omackou a knedlikem a nebo s hovezim masem. Je to moc dobre, prijde si pochutnat. Vyber s jidelnicku je stale i z jinych jidel. Dobrou chut vam vsem prejeme z Koliby.

Koliba is celebrating 23 year, today 3/3/2001 we open our door for the first time to public. We would like to thank all of our supporters, friends and customers for helping us to present our authentic Czech and Slovak dishes. We hope to see you all soon so that we can continue to serve our customers. Thanks you all.

Hello everyone, Koliba is back from vacation, cooking everything to perfection to be able to serve you the best of the best. Please come to visit us. Today is our first day after vacation. Thanks for your support and your patronage.

Koliba will be closed for our annual vacation of 2 weeks. We are closing from Monday August 7th to Wednesday August 22nd. Hope you are enjoying your special time and we hope to see you all when we come back on the 23rd of August at our regular time at 3PM Thanks for your support and patronage.
