This Plum Paloma Soda is giving 3-day weekend vibes 😎 We use Aldez blanco tequila, Ume liqueur, grapefruit, citrus, a dash of spicy tincture and, of course, some light carbonation for easy drinking.

Happy hour, because even if you’re working, you’re not realllllly working the week before Labor Day. Pictured here is the “Queen Park Swizzle,” perfect for forgetting your troubles, like summer ending.

An Ecuadorian style seafood stew is on special from Chef Adrian. It features tender, flaky branzino and Ecuadorian shrimp, with a coconut and peanut broth that is light and flavorful. It’s served alongside a bowl of white rice, so you can soak up every last bit of the delicious sauce.

Brunch is our favorite meal- a time where it’s perfectly acceptable to have cocktails before noon, and even more so if it’s a Bloody Mary. It’s basically a power smoothie with vodka, no? Either way you justify it, ours is delicious. It’s won awards, but you be the judge 👩‍⚖️

Perfect paella starts with perfect rice- bomba or calasparra are preferred for their ability to soak up all the rich, housemade seafood broth without getting soggy. The rice is cooked al dente, then topped full to the brim with seafood. You can add on lobster, as we did here, or chorizo (or both, yolo) It does take time to cook- 25 minutes to be precise- but it’s worth the wait.

We know it feels a bit wrong to order a burger at the oyster joint- but trust us, it’s so right. We take dry aged beef, smother it with Gruyère cheese, bone marrow caramelized onions, a pickled tomato aioli and a lil soy cured egg yolk on the bun. It’s paired with more rosemary fries than you should eat, but go on, live a little. **kingburger

🦞 Chef Mario’s take on a lobster roll is quite possibly the best we’ve ever had. It’s the chipotle butter that sets it over the top, but can we talk about the pickled tomato aioli that comes with the fries? We’d put that on just about anything 😍
