Live like you’re in Manhattan, just without the rain and clouds. 407 at Orpheum Lofts is located in one of the few walkable parts of town, with a Valley Metro Rail station just a block away at Jefferson and 1st Ave. Exposed brick walls, vaulted concrete ceilings, and a wall of windows complete the NYC loft aesthetic.

Orpheum Lofts is one of the few pre-war condominiums in AZ. Built in 1931 as the Title and Trust building, it was later converted to condominium in 2005. Amenities include a doorman, package room, billiards room, conference room, fitness center, and more.
