✨ Traditional Altar de Mu***os and “to die for” Chef’s specials 🕯️💀
Covacha shares an ancient tradition:
A tribute to the Afterlife.
In Mexico, every November 1st and 2nd, we celebrate
El DÍA DE LOS MU***OS – the Day of the Dead.
Death is seen as a transition; there is no sorrow, only joy.
It is a celebration of life. During this holiday, the living prepare to welcome and rejoice with our beloved passed ones as they pay a visit to the physical plane 🕯️🫶
We celebrate them with offerings and their favorite foods 🫔🌮🥃.
It is a celebration of both the dead and the living, a celebration of the senses, where we enter the invisible world of the spirits through flavors, aromas, colors, spices, and incense 🍂.
Reservations are highly recommended ✨
