Every single cookie we ship out will be baked and packed on the same day for optimal freshness. Cookies will ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays avoiding lag times on weekend shipments to ensure you receive your cookies as timely as possible. Youโll be able to select your ship-out date during the checkout process!

Updates: Construction has finally began and we are just about done with demo. Weโve been chatting/learning all things coffee and locking in our opening menu.

Learn how to make our signature leche flan doughnut plus one seasonal flavor in a small class of 4-6 people. Youโll mix and fry our signature brioche, and learn the techniques in making our flan and fillings.
Light snacks & beverages will be served and each of you will go home with a dozen pastries.
Only 8 days left in our Kickstarter campaign! Our team is having fun switching up our content a bit for the duration of our raise.

Each month in our new space we will assign one pledge to create a special item for our menu that will be featured over a weekend to be sold to the public.
Youโll start the month with a 1 on 1 brainstorming session with Chef Kimberly and create the pastry of your dreams, whether itโs a cookie, a croissant, a cruller or a personal favorite. Afterwards, we will conduct a tasting before the special runs and is developed for full-scale production.
Youโll get a dozen to take home to proudly share with your friends and family, and the menu item will run for a weekend in your month so everyone and anyone can come and try your pastry brainchild! Weโll also highlight you and your pastry on our social channels to share the love with the community.
