If you feel like spirituality is missing from your life, and you don’t really know how to get into it, you can try some of these activities to get started.
Keep in mind that not everything works for everybody, and we first have to find out what we enjoy doing when it comes to spirituality. Some of us like yoga and meditation, but are not really into crystals or signs from the universe. Others might find solace in nature or exercise, or enjoy spiritual reading.
The only secret is that you try to allow spirituality to enter your life, and don’t oppose it. 🕊️ Try different things and find what works for you and what fulfills your mind and soul.
6 Steps To Invite Spirituality Into Your Life Every Day Take up daily meditation.

It’s very easy to name all the negative things that came with COVID-19. We all have suffered loss, or at least know someone who has. Mind you, loss can be physical, mental, or even spiritual. Social distancing impacted all of us, and a lot of relationships have faded away. We’ve been forced to look inwards during this time of isolation. But this reflection did lead to positive changes in our lives, so it’s important to take time to think of the good things that came with the pandemic.
We’ll go first:
💫 Deepening connections with select friends, family, and self
💫 Appreciating everything we have right now
💫 Limiting and letting go of certain pre-pandemic activities
💫 Catching up on reading, movies, cooking, board games
💫 More time for meditation, yoga, and exercise
💫 Decluttering and getting rid of things we don’t need
💫 Adopting a pet or discovering a new hobby
💫 Reconnecting with nature
Let us know in the comments section some positive activities that you’ve been engaged in during this pandemic, or any lessons you’ve learned.

Incorporating a daily meditation and/or breathing practice is like daily hygiene for your mind and soul.
When we’re feeling off-balance, worn out, anxious, and frazzled, that’s our body’s way of saying ‘slow down.’ If we allow our mind and body to catch up and process things that we may have been hiding from or suppressing, our lives can improve significantly 🧘
Here are a few suggestions if you’re trying to get into meditation:
If you like music ➡️ Try putting on some spiritual music or nature sounds
If you have a strong sense of touch ➡️ Try using crystals or beads
If you get bored easily ➡️ Try double-exhale meditation techniques
If you are struggling with loss, PTSD or addiction ➡️ Try mantras and positive affirmations

Did you know that 1 in 5 Americans lie about mental health to their doctor?
A recent survey conducted by AdventHealth and published by the Orlando Sentinel reveals that 21% of adults dodge the truth when it comes to discussing anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts with their physician. What’s more, 23% have been untruthful about smoking, drinking alcohol, or recreational drug use.
The first step towards recovery starts with acknowledging we have a problem. We always encourage people to reach out to their loved ones or to the people that they trust and talk about mental health openly. All you need is a safe space to get the conversation flowing. And remember: having a problem is nothing to be ashamed of, so don’t be afraid to ask for help. We’re all going through something.

According to a new study, yoga helps to relieve stress because it boosts your ‘interoceptive awareness’.
The new research, which was published in the journal Stress & Health, found that yoga helps to increase ‘interoceptive awareness’ – aka, awareness of the internal states and sensations within your body. In doing so, yoga helps you to understand and recognize when you’re feeling stressed and feel more in control of what’s going on.
