The Chemistry Room features menu options with a modern twist on Japanese fanfare. Join us for some craft cocktails, and seasonal sake.

Shima Aji (also known as striped Jack) has a firm, springy texture and is slightly oily. It’s flavor consists of a clean and sweet taste.

Whether you pair it with grated ginger, scallions and or nikiri sauce, it’s the perfect bite for the summer when it’s in season.

Sushi can be so subjective at times and everyone can have a different opinion on what combinations taste the best.

At The Chemistry Room, we strive to be creative and at time push boundaries. We try to utilize different ingredients to produce subtle and or robust flavors. Sometimes certain combinations come out wonderful and at times…they do not. One thing is for sure and that is we won’t stop trying to create innovative Japanese delights and craft cocktails for our customers.
