While we’re celebrating with some loaded mac and cheese at , we asked some of our staff about their favorite holiday traditions in their home countries! 🌎

🇸🇻 In El Salvador, families enjoy roasted turkey, panes con pollo, and desserts like torrejas, a sweet bread soaked in syrup. Families also come together to create elaborate nativity scene displays (Los Nacimientos).

🇲🇽 In Mexico, nativity scenes are also popular, but families also celebrate with piñatas, and of course delicious food like tamales, buñuelos, rosca de reyes, and a stew called pozole!
