Aiman Mustafa, a sophomore at LUMS, completed a 6-week internship program in the Digital Marketing Department at Torque360 Inc. During her time here, she was involved in a variety of interesting projects. Here is what Aiman had to say about her time at Torque:

“My experience at Torque360 can be best described as a learning opportunity that never felt like work. The company culture is so enriched that I felt a part of this fun, hardworking family from the very first day. From events to simple meetings, the office gives a lot of consideration to interns. We are allowed to give ourselves the room to grow professionally and also enjoy the workplace to the degree that we want to rush back to the office as soon as possible.

I can never forget all the friendly conversations, efforts my coworkers weren't obligated to make on my behalf but did anyway, and how every need was met promptly. Moving forward, I hope that I can once again get the opportunity to work with Torque360 because finding a company with even a margin of their openness, culture, and growth is impossible.

I wish all my coworkers good luck on this venture that is certain to become colossal in no time and hold pride that I was able to contribute to its development.”

“My time at Torque has been an enjoyable experience full of learning and growth. I learned to take on new challenges, expand my skills and develop cohesive strategies and worked alongside the marketing team in several areas, from content creation to social media management. Additionally, I had the chance to experience firsthand the inner workings of a start-up.

I was able to work with a skilled, hardworking and friendly team that helped me feel right at home during my internship program. Torque360 - my first professional experience - has given me the room to grow both professionally and personally.
