From the mid-twentieth century onwards, the Morelli company has invested in the recovery of native vines, such as the mythological Bianchello del Metauro, a white wine of ancient origins, also known as Biancame or Greco, and the "Vernaccia Rossa", which originated from an ancient clone of aleatico. generation to generation, nor a strong bond with the land. Morelli wines are produced by combining the most innovative enological techniques with the classic procedures of the Marche region. Recently the company has introduced an innovative processing system defined in "reduction", which consists in avoiding the contact of the must, just obtained, with the air. This is achieved by spraying the grapes with liquid carbon dioxide in the form of dry ice. The process ends with the maceration of the skins in the juice at low temperatures from 5 to 12 hours (cryomaceration), after which, the juice is sent to the fermentation tanks.

I Cacciagalli is a young company that produces extremely expressive wines of their terroir of origin, in the northern land of Caserta. The company is managed by the wife Diana Iannaccone, a young agronomist, and the husband Marco Basco, a passionate connoisseur of the wine world.
The environment around the farm is dominated by Roccamonfina volcano, which is no longer active and has affected the geology of the rich and mineral area, a fertile cradle perfect for vineyards. The territory is also crossed by the Volturno River, which gives other important nutrients. The result can be perceived in the fresh and mineral I Cacciagalli wines, whose grapes are grown in the hot and dry days and have rest in the warm and windy nights.
The decision to leave nature in shaping the character of the wines, has led the company to forge a solid philosophy, applying biodynamics principles and practices in vineyard. Significant is the use of terracotta amphorae for wine grapes: in this way, all the aromas are preserved unchanged.

The Cozzo Mario estate has been producing Dolcetto for almost two centuries in Dogliani, one of the most suited areas for that varietal, which in 2001 received a DOCG classification.

Ca‘ Nova is a tiny estate, founded in 1996 by Giada Codecasa. The acclaimed Ghemme hails from a sun-soaked, hilly, 14-acre vineyard whose soils of ancient clay moraines produce low yields of grapes for the winery’s most prestigious bottles.
Crociani is one of the most traditional winery in Toscana producing the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Their entire 25 acres estate vines is nestled within the esteemed Le Caggiole sub-zone. Focusing on very natural practices in her process, the vineyard is farmed organically, and the amount of sulfur use in the cellar is very limited. The wines are only roughly filtered and are always backed by their classic Montepulciano rusticity.

Redondel farm is in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, extending about 3 hectares of vineyards, with Teroldego vines between the ages of 25 and 80. Founded officially in 2001 by Paolo Zanini but Paolo family has been making wines since the past century. As always with Tradizione wines minimal intervention in the vineyards and respect for the territory.
Dannato: 100% Teroldego
3 years of aging in 25hl oak (2/3) and chestnut (1/3) barrels; Intense ruby red color with garnet reflection, complex, excellent structure, a lively freshness and a beautiful tannic texture give life to a set of good balance and strong personality at the same time;
"Beato me" 100% Maturation in durmast oak barrels for 3 years minimum. Intense garnet red, scents of fruit compote, dehydrated plum then beautiful spicy notes of licorice and vanilla accompanied by toasted coffee and cocoa.

Cantina Cianfagna is located in Acquaviva Collecroce, in the province of Campobasso, in a splendid hilly area just 30 kilometers from the sea. The clayey soils, the Mediterranean climate, windy, with good temperature ranges, constitute a perfect habitat for the cultivation of the vine in particular of the tintilia, an ancient autochthonous red berry vine, the main grape cultivated and produced. Vincenzo Cianfagna operates with minimal human intervention and with an extremely low use of sulphites, lower than the regulations of organic agriculture.
Cianfagna Sator 100% Tintilia del Molise:
Plum, blackberry, black cherry, hints of undergrowth and spicy notes. Good structure, warm and enveloping, with fruity aromas well integrated with the tannins.
