So it's over. Season 3 of Jeremy Clarkson trying to be a farmer. There's no doubt he's come a long way over the last 2 series but he still makes some crazy decisions and mad suggestions but that's one of the best things about the show.

Clarkson's team of Kaleb, Charlie, Gerald and, especially in this series, Lisa could not have been cast better if a Casting Director had been in charge. Each one adds something special to the mix. The highlight is still the banter between Jeremy and Kaleb. It really is priceless, whether it's scripted or not it is the heart of the series. There is also a fun competition that comes when Jeremy makes Kaleb farm manager. Jeremy is going to farm the unfarmed and Kaleb will farm the farm and at the end they will see who makes the most profit.

I did wonder what they could possibly do in Season 3 that would make it different and one of the main things about that is 'Pigs'. Jeremy has a brainwave to rear them and it results in some of the best and emotionally charged episodes of the entire series!

I was never a fan of Clarkson before this but he's changed my opinion of him. His narration is superb. He has a real way with words. The whole thing is put together so well. Everything about it is on point. In my opinion it's the best series about farming that's ever been made which shows you how it is and tackles important issues. It is also incredibly funny, will have you laughing out loud one minute and crying into your tissues in the next.
