Nina Vaca is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Pinnacle Group, a leading workforce solutions provider that specializes in connecting businesses with top-tier talent and fostering diversity and inclusion in the workforce.

Vaca, an accomplished business woman, civic leader, and philanthropist, focuses on expanding business opportunities for women and Hispanics. She's named in the Top 5 of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in America and is one of the few Latinas serving on the board of a publicly traded company.
