People will make it seem like you’ve done something to them to justify their hateful behavior/actions towards you. Often, this motive comes from a place of profound jealousy. People like this will instigate rumors just to see how people respond in hopes that others will believe it’s true…I’m not as accepting to people who do this and try to come back and apologize especially if the apology is gaslit and shady….making it seem as if they did it for a reason when in fact it wasn’t a reason or conflict in place at all, it was from a place of jealousy….in hopes that it will dim your light/reputation…I can’t respect that…honesty above all….

Chicken Thighs

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cajun seasoning
Pepper
Paprika
Italian herbs
Olive oil

Sauce

2 tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp fresh minced Garlic
1/2cup Chicken broth
1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
Sun dried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp White cooking wine
1/2 cup Fresh Shredded Parmesan or Italian cheese
Salt
Pepper
Italian herbs

Season & pansear Chicken thighs on both sides w/olive oil in skillet. Transfer to separate Pan. In same skillet start your sauce. Add butter & garlic, cook for about 3 mins. Add chicken broth, sun dried tomatoes and whipping cream. Add seasoning and allow to simmer. Add your cheese while constantly stirring. Pour sauce over chicken and bake in oven for 30-35min on 400 degrees. Serve over Mashed Potatoes ☺️

Time to make some beef vegetable soup 🍲 & grilled cheese 🧀 it’s cold 🥶 outside & will be for the next couple of days

Bacon Cheeseburger Dippers

2 lbs Ground Beef
½ C Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
6 oz Cheddar Cheese Sliced
1 t Black Pepper
½ t Salt
2 T Dill Pickle Juice
1 ½ t Onion Powder

Preheat your oven to 425.
In a large bowl combine the beef, bacon pieces, pepper, salt, pickle juice, and onion powder.
Make little patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for approx 7 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.
Carefully remove from the pan and pop on a large paper towel lined dish.
Top ½ of the patties with a square of cheddar cheese, then another patty.
Allow them to cool slightly before serving with the dipping sauces of your choice.

You could also grill or fry in a skillet!
