Small Business Loan Consultant / Banker - Business Development
Probant Capital is seeking an ambitious Business Development Loan Consultant for our rapidly-growing debt advisory firm that provides consulting and financing for Small Business and Real Estate investors nationwide.
Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, and communicate effectively. Applicants must also be self-motivated, entrepreneur-minded, and obtain the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. We require a minimum of 1 year experience in either sales, banking or real estate financing.
The consultant will work directly with the potential borrowers to establish their needs, identify a program that fits those needs, and implement a solution that is in line with the borrower's financial goals. This position will be someone with a proven track record with the ability to bring in and develop new business.

Bank Lines of Credits / Term Loans
SBA 7a and 504
Asset Based Lending / Factoring
Equipment Loans
Residential and Commercial Mortgages
Bridge Loans
Fix and Flip Loans
Responsibilities:
Clear understanding of Probant Capitals financing products and services.
Build business relationships and referral partnerships that generate leads.
Follow up on leads generated through the Probant Capitals marketing programs.
Loan origination, document collection and oversight of processing and underwriting.
Experience/Skills:
Minimum 1 year of successful, documented and proven sales experience required.
Effective communication ability including strong presentation, telephone and email skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Google Drive
General Business banking, Real Estate and or lending experience; either in small business, mortgage, private lending, commercial lending, or residential/commercial real estate preferred.
No license required.

Compensation:
Consultants that hit minimum quota generate $150,000+ annually.
There is NO CAP to how much money you can make!
Salary and Commission only positions available.
