As the opening bartender, Ricky has been with us since the beginning and has created several cocktails on the menu — including La Vendetta 🍊, Smoke & Trouble, The Biggest Challenge, and the Mid Day Swinger🍉.

A self proclaimed perfectionist, Ricky tweaks every cocktail recipe until absolutely flawless. He enjoys working with challenging liquors, like mezcals and smokey rum, to concoct unexpected and delightful drinks!
