This is my non scale victory and I couldn't be more proud of myself! I have not been able to do the split in like 3 years. Today I was stretching and realized I could again.

Today I want to give a huge shout out to my good friend and client Joanne. She recently went to the doctor and they told her she is down 13 pounds, BP 115/76, cholesterol, sugar, liver kidney all perfect. They asked her what are you doing? She said working out!!! I am so incredibly proud of your progress.
This is why I love what I do. Btw she only works out with me 1 day a week. But she applies everything i teach her in her daily activities.
My ideal client is someone who wants to improve their ADL (activities of daily life). Not someone who just wants a summer body...πͺπͺπͺ. Make sure you are exercising for the right reasons. Move even if it's just for 30 minutes a day. Start with a walk... YOU GOT THIS!!!!!

Hey Fam! I wanted to introduce myself my name is Elissa the face behind . I started this journey about 5 years ago when I was at my worst. In and out of the hospital, low energy, very unhealthy.Β They could not tell me what was wrong with me, so I decided to take action on my own and just change myΒ diet. I started watching what I was eating and whatever made me feel bad I eliminated it. It was that easy... yeah right. π Most of the food that I was eliminating was everything I loved. π’Fried foods, sodas, dairy, red meat. But for me my stomach didn't agree when I ate these things π€·π»ββοΈΒ so they had to go...( it took some time to get use to but I had no choice). Don't get me wrong i do indulge every now and then but my stomach pays for it..π€¦π»ββοΈ
I wanted to lose the weight I put on so I started working out regularly. I noticed my body changing and I loved it. I felt happier, my mood was different, I was actually looking forward to waking up in the morning to workout. It was my high.. after that workout I felt amazing. It was like no feeling I ever felt in my life. When I was at my worst I was negative, I was a different person. So I decided that this is what I wanted to do. I wanted to help people feel like I felt. I thought if I could just help one person feel like I was feeling then it was worth it. I am not going to sit here and feed you b.s about how my journey. Most of you that have been here seen it, I purposely record myself so that I can see my progress. I don't pretend to know it all and I am perfecting my craft daily I am here because I want to add value to your life in any way that I can.
