There’s A Secret Bar On The LES, You Just Have To Follow A Path Of Paper Planes To Find It Paper Planes is a new speakeasy-like cocktail lounge on the LES, serving up delicious drinks to sip on at a secret location.

We open at 6pm Wednesday through Sunday 😎

- 2 oz Plymouth gin⁠
- 3/4 oz lemon juice⁠
- 1/2 oz creme du violette ⁠
- 1/2 oz luxardo maraschino⁠
⁠
Fill shaker with ice, shake for 15-20 seconds.⁠
Double strain into a coupe.⁠
Garnish with cherry.
