Dominican sancocho.
Sanchoco is a hearty stew made with meats and vegetables recognized as the Dominican Republic's national soup. It is frequently served along with rice on special occasions and in large groups, especially in rainy or cool weather.

El Gran Castillo serves our famous sancocho as a Special in Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
