The Irish Cottage in Forest Hills Closes After 60 Year Run | Forest Hills Post The Irish Cottage, a popular Irish pub and restaurant that has operated in Forest Hills since 1960, has closed due to the COVID-19 economic shutdown.

It is with a heavy heart that My family has to bring you all the sad news
of the passing of my mother
Kathleen Elizabeth McNulty
She was a true Donegal woman 🇮🇪
Who truly loved her job
of filling up your hearts with
59 years of good times & cheers
with all her patrons 🍀🍺🍀
We ask that instead of sending flowers that you find a way to donate to a cause of your choosing to combat this epidemic we all are facing today!!!
And most of all we are asking you all to please remain safe & that U all survive!!!

The details of his wake & funeral are as follows.
The Wake will be Thursday August 22 7 to 9 &
Friday August 23rd 2-5pm & 7-9pm
at Fox Funeral Home 9807 Ascan Ave forest hills
ny 11375. The funeral will be Saturday August 24th at 10.30am at Our Lady Queen of Martyr’s 110-06 Queens Blvd Forest Hills 🙏🏻😇🙏🏻

The Scottish flags drape the Irish Cottage this week in honour of our late friend Michael Mancino who passed away recently. Mike was proud of his Scottish heritage and we also consider him an honoury Irish man. Mike you will be sadly missed by all.
