Happy Father’s day to all the amazing fathers out there!! This Father’s Day I want to thank my dad who has taught me how to dream big. Being born and raised in a small city in India, my dad taught me the power of hard work, education and to think beyond your comfort zone which gave me the courage to achieve what I did in the biggest city in the world. One advice he gave me which I want to share with all of you -
“People can take every wealth away from you Except one - your Education .”
Patient care is our primary goal. See what our patients feel after getting their root canal treatment.

A 94-year-old patient expressed profound gratitude for our intervention, as he had been experiencing pain and discomfort associated with tooth #4. Despite being advised to undergo extraction due to health concerns and the complexity of retrieving two separated instruments within #4, our team demonstrated patience, perseverance, and adept utilization of appropriate tools, resulting in successful resolution. Such heartfelt appreciation from patients underscores the profound significance of our profession
“A kid’s smile is the heart’s signature of being in the moment, a tiny reminder that the best way to live is with joy.”.
Thank you for arranging such a memorable event every year to promote oral health for kids!! Happy Valentine’s day everyone !!!
I feel so humbled and privileged to be recognized as one of the top endodontists in New York City.
When like gives you curves, just run the Gentle Wave to disinfect the curves.
Patient comes in with a previously initiated endodontic therapy. It was the correct decision on the part of the General Dentist to assess the case difficulty and refer the patient to an endodontist. Your patients appreciates you for doing the right thing.
Back in my hometown and it felt so good to visit school and meet friends and teachers after more than 20 years. Saint Mary’s convent is where I studied from my kindergarten through my 10th grade. It revived memories of not only the fun, friendship and all the extracurricular activities but also the way it helped me find my interests. I owe it all to my school life. It has made me who I am today.
I love my Gentle Wave’s!!! Incorporating the Gentle Wave has been such a blessing to my practice. A less invasive, preserving more tooth structure, cleaning and sealing the complex tooth anatomy including the isthmi, apical deltas , bifurcations and trifurcations that we map on CBCT images and always wondered how to clean and disinfect them. Gentle Wave is the answer to it and is also my patients favorite. And on top of that they have such an amazing support system. is not just a Sonendo rep but also a great friend who has helped me out whenever I needed him. My team and my patients thank you for everything you do.
Surgery day and full house today with birthday celebration of 2 of my girls. What an action packed day. Love my girls 💕💕
Awesome AAE conference in Chicago. It is always great to meet and reunite with friends and mentors and gain research based insights into new technologies in your field.
“Feminism isn’t about making women strong. Women are already strong. It’s about changing the way the world perceives that strength.”

Happy International Women’s day to all the women out there. Blessed to be a woman.
I love going for meetings and conferences coz not only we get to learn a lot from the meetings but you also meet so many visionaries and great minds who pushes boundaries with their inventions, ideas and educate people to make this world a better place. Had an amazing time with my all time mentor from Harvard, Dr. Nasseh , , my friend and a great mind the inventor of the . Also got a chance to meet the inventor of bioceramic sealer Dr. Quanzu Yang and the CEO of Henry Schein, Stanley Bergman. Had a great time with the Brasseler team this meeting.
So excited to meet my faculty from Harvard, Dr. Rousson who is is in town for the weeekend. He has been a great surgical mentor to me even though he is from the implant department. We have done so many interdisciplinary cases together learning flap designs, curettage, suturing techniques and because we got such awesome training at school, I have the confidence of handling all the surgical cases with ease.
May your life be as colorful, magnificent, shimmering and magical as the lights from the lamps of Diwali! Happy Diwali to all 🪔
Another interesting healing case. Patient came in with Pulpal Necrosis on #21. CBCT shows an accessory canal which comes out laterally like a spout and cannot be cleaned by instrumentation alone. Gentle Wave was used to clean the canals and obturated using Warm Vertical Condensation. Less than a year recall shows complete bone regeneration. Love the spout like canal on the last CBCT image.
I wish a day had more than 24 hours. Going from working 10 hours straight to rushing home to change to attend and Indian festivities in Boston.
Starting the weekend with this amazing recall. Patient came in with pupal necrosis and a large furcation as well as periapical lesion. The patient was asked to get the tooth extracted in many office but she wanted to give the tooth a last chance. We decided to treat the tooth with the Gentle Wave. Patient came in for a one year follow up and the result is stunning with complete regeneration of the furcal bone defect.
A beautiful evening spent in Massachusetts after working the day in Boston at Sara and Alex’s wedding. Felt great reuniting with all my Harvard colleagues after a long time. Feeling so much joy for the two as they join their lives in marriage!
Sharing an exciting news with everyone. This is a story of an immigrant with big dreams. Coming from a beautiful but small city in the North East of India,a girl with lots of dreams pursued her Dentistry and then specialized in Endodontics in India. Always wanting to see more of the world, moved to the biggest city and the melting pot of the world, New York, to pursue her dream again. After moving to California and graduating from UCSF with a DDS and then to Boston for her second specialization in Endodontics from Harvard University, felt this strong urge to move back to New York. Knowing no one in this field in this big city decided to start all over again from scratch. But hard work, perseverance, resilience and great support from family, faculty and friends got me where I am today. I am excited and humbled to announce that I am the owner of a state of the art endodontic practice in the heart of NYC. Extremely excited about this new opportunity but I know this is just the beginning.
A light moment with Dr. Buchanan, Dr. Nasseh, Dr. Köhrer discussing the new concept in endodontic irrigation- the PS system. Also accompanied by Dr. Perry and Dr. Lin, Dr. Argueta later with the Harvard team.
Loved reuniting with my Harvard folks after a long time :) Thanks to … it was awesome 👍🏼
“Above all, be there heroine of your life, not the victim!! “ We all have a Wonder Woman inside of us. Happy Women’s day not just today but everyday.
Have you checked out the case challenge posted in AAE paper point?? Put in your answers as I am eager to see the poll results
What an amazing surgical workshop organized by the AAE and mentored by the very best Dr. Niemczyk and Dr. Fayad. Piezo surgery feels like a luxury and helps us conserve so much bone with enhanced access and visualization of the surgical field. Definitely this unit will be an addition to my practice.
Mandibular premolars are one of the most difficult teeth to treat endodontically because of aberrant root canal anatomy. Often referred to as a Weine Class IV canal, this canal system has one or***ce leaving the pulp chamber, but at some point within the root the canal will “split” into two canals and ending up with two separate apical foramen. Sometimes we can make this interpretation based on conventional 2-dimensional imaging with what is called a “fast-break” phenomenon but CBCT is valuable in cases like this.
My first meet at the Dental Study Club of New York and it was amazing. Great presentation and met some great people!!
Surgical Saturday!! After a whole day of surgery, tired but all smiles with our last patient of the day. It is tough working from 8.00am to 9.30pm but at the end of the day it’s all worth it when you see the smile from your patient and she is all happy and infection free for her wedding.
