1. Warm up
2. Start with lighter weights
3. Gradually increase the weights
4. Rest for at least 60 seconds in between sets
5. Limit workout to no more longer than 45 minutes
6. Gently stretch muscles after workout
7. Rest a day or two in between workouts

Normally I will you’ve been at the gym this weekend but it was too cold so I stayed home to not only workout but also work on my perfecting my craft. As I’m currently studying to receive my certification in personal training, I am also working on my own health goals especially as someone who has Lupus and Fibromyalgia. This is how the whole process is. CANT achieve goals without willing to put in the actual work. Allowing yourself to go thru the bad and the ugly will be worth it when you achieve the results you was seeking. I believe in you. I know you can do it.
