Framing work continues on Douglaston renovation.

Progress for new delicatessen. Thanks to K&D Contractors I’m working on more commercial projects. My experience with laboratories design in hospitals transfer knowledge of equipment placement and functional use in a space to restaurant kitchen and deli.

Restaurant progress. Storefront, windows, floor, and partitions are in, and decorative ceiling being installed along with others details.

Townhouse made more interesting by having growing tree veins on facade. I wonder if this was a long term plan or accidental.

Demo started on a Dadras Architect project. I'm happy to be expediting and consulting for Dadras and owners on this very exciting renovation to a landmark house. A lot has been put into the planning and ready to see the finish work. I'll keep posting updates.
