TEN FU***NG YEARS
We opened the coffee shop we wanted to have 10 years ago today! One where we would strive to make the best coffee possible with no bu****it attitude about it. Where you could geek out about origins or brew methods or whatever with us if YOU wanted to but where if you could care less about any of that we’d be your place too. We’d freak over the details for you and we could just have good times together. It’s been a long road with some amazing highs and we just want to thank everyone that’s made it all possible along the way. All the amazing baristas that have graced our bar and the roasters we’ve worked with and all the incredible regulars we’ve had, some of whom have been there from the start. You’ve touched us in so many ways over the years, and we hope we’ve left a mark on you as well. It’s been an honor and a privilege and we thank you from the bottom of our espresso stained hearts. Looking forward to and excited about the next 10! @ Third Rail Coffee

The final feature in this year's "New York Roaster Series" is our dear friends Joe New York! We are serving their Ethiopian Homacho Waeno as espresso and Kenyan Gaturiri Peaberry as a pour over offering.

We are proud to announce that Sweetleaf Coffee Roasters is the latest "New York Roaster Series" guest roaster. For the next two weeks, we will be serving their Ethiopia Hunkute as espresso and Kenya Marimira AA as a Chemex offering!

Eastlick Coffee Company is the next "New York Roaster Series" feature. We have the Bukeye Rubiziri on our Chemex menu and Montanhas Do Espirito Santo as our guest espresso at both shops!

Next up in the "New York Roaster Series" is Lofted Coffee! We have the Honduras Figueroa as espresso and the Kenya Miiri Peaberry as a Chemex offering.

The "New York Roaster Series" is back! Our friends at Variety are digging these coffees and so are we!

Three years ago today we were lucky enough to welcome Carlos J. Morales to our team! I had always sensed something special about him but I didn't fully understand how rad this guy could be. Thank you for your passion, your dedication and work ethic and your leadership. You're an inspiration and a role model and we're excited about the future!
