Unleashing Ko’s new bar! Part homage to Ko’s original design on 1st Avenue, with design nods to Flavin, Judd, and Syd Mead; it will be serving an a la carte menu from 3pm - 11:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Born out of years of conversations about building our dream test kitchen versus a bigger bar for our guests, we decided we just wanted it all. If it’s just about hanging out for a cocktail, we can’t wait to welcome you! If you want to experience the ever-changing experimentation that will influence our tasting menu repertoire, we imagine the bar as the short-story workshop to the novel as tasting menu.
