A DVI volunteer, the Past President of AFDVI, and a DVI historian of sorts (he's been around for a long time!), Dr. Michael Goldberg told us that his involvement with DVI and American Friends of DVI "...have been the most anchoring and rewarding experiences of my life."

He has served the underprivileged children and seniors of Jerusalem well, never asking for anything in return. Well, we decided he needed a special recognition at this time of DVI's wonderful milestone. We are excited to honor him at the Dental Volunteers for Israel - DVI 40th Anniversary Gala on Sunday, November 28, 2021. Dr. Amid Ismail, Dean of the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry will make remarks honoring Michael.

What an amazing evening in support of a truly MARVELOUS cause.

We are so very thankful for everyone who supported our charity event to benefit the DVI clinic, "Meet The Maisels: Behind the Scenes of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," and for so many of you who braved the miserable weather to be with us in New York City yesterday evening.

We had a marvelous time and are very grateful to actors Michael Zegen and Caroline Aaron, and to Sara Lee Kessler, our moderator for the evening, for sharing their time with us. We heard some funny stories and had some great laughs.
