The periodontist first addressed the gummy smile by performing esthetic crown lengthening, carefully adjusting the margin of the teeth to meet our specifications. Meet our patient who fell resulting in the loss of two front teeth. He acted promptly, preserving his teeth in milk and immediately walked in to our office. I was able to reposition the teeth and secured them with a splint. Following this, he underwent root canal treatment by a specialist, and I restored his smile with two beautiful crowns. Subsequently, he received root canal treatment from a specialist, and I removed the splint and restored his smile with two gorgeous crowns. The teeth do not have any mobility and got successfully attached back to the sockets. It was a rewarding experience helping this patient, and he was thrilled to have his natural teeth back. 😁🥰
