Meet our Barawine Family-Part 2! Filip, our head bartender is not only fun and engaging, he’s the authority on our abundant collection of wines. Whether you are looking for a smooth red, a crisp white or anything in between, he will not steer you wrong. His favorite red wine is our French La Villette Cabernet Sauvignon, for the hints of dark fruits, chocolate and the full body. An excellent pairing with red meat! Looking for a white that’s fresh dry and fruity; a perfect balance? Filip recommends our South African Whale Route Sauvignon Blanc. Filip has been a familiar face at Barawine for 8 years and is an expert at his craft when it comes to our cocktail menu as well. Let’s put it this way, he knows when to shake and knows when to muddle. When you need to relax alone at the bar or indulge in some much needed socializing, make Barawine your go to place where the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. P.S. Filip plays great music too!!
