LISC Housing

LISC Housing supports the national affordable housing landscape, providing financial and technical assistance to local LISC offices and community partners.

LISC Housing's approach to sustainable, affordable housing development focuses on providing 1) financial support, 2) technical assistance and capacity building, and 3) public policy. Several strategies that drive this approach include: multifamily development and finance; sustainable housing; affordable housing preservation; single family foreclosure intervention; and involvement in public policy-making related to affordable housing.
