“There is no state of mind, however simple, which does not change every moment, since there is no consciousness without memory, and no continuation of a state without the addition, to the present feeling, of the memory of past moments. It is this which constitutes duration.”

Parley and Public Records have long shared similar values. .tv is a global environmental organization where creators, thinkers, and leaders come together to raise awareness for our oceans. is a multifunctional cultural and music space that places the safety of people, animals, and the environment at the center of its mission.

This synergy paved the way for a natural partnership. Over the past couple of years, our teams have been linking up for a series of cleanups in New York — last week’s was the seventh we’ve done together (thanks to our volunteers!) — and much like every .tv project, the collaboration isn’t just about cleaning up.

Over on the Parley Journal, the Public Records co-founders dig a little deeper into this mission and discuss reshaping what rebellion really looks like. Read the full interview from the Parley team at the bio link.

PR is honored to accept ’s 2024 Innovation by Design Award in the Hospitality category for THE NURSERY. Every year, the publication selects 50 projects across categories with a “spark of ingenuity—something that solves a problem, improves a product, or pushes people, companies, and industries to be better versions of themselves.”

We’re grateful to have made the list. Read the full article at the link in bio 👀

For the last 5 years, PR has remained committed to serving dishes inspired by the globe and sourced from our local community in New York and beyond. As we continue to evolve as a space, we’re proud to present a brand new menu, still entirely plant-based, that speaks to this mission and reflects what PR has grown into today.

Spearheading this reimagination is Lou Oates, Culinary Director, who’s been involved with PR since the beginning in 2019. Her passion for medicinal and restorative culinary modalities have weaved their way into her new creations. Lou’s dishes showcase the best of the season + harness the beauty of the wild.

Leading the kitchen is Chef de Cuisine, Sabrina Alexandra Carreño. Born in Astoria and raised moving between Chile and California, Sabrina returned to NYC in 2021 after a decade in San Francisco. Her food is informed by all the places she has called home.

Join us for dinner Weds through Sat 6-11 p.m. and lunch Weds through Fri 10-4 and Sat/Sun 11-4.

As house music exists today, a dance floor that’s connected to its Q***r roots feels increasingly sacred, and we observe more and more growing platforms setting out to not only reclaim, but continue to evolve house music for a more inclusive future.

Enter House of Diggs: a party founded by PR resident, .diggs, with the mission of bringing up-and-coming Q***r artists to the spotlight, ensuring they get the flowers they deserve, and in effect, perpetuating the welcoming type of environment a dance floor should be.

Saturday, 6.29, the party, founded in 2020, takes over PR for its third Pride weekend in a row. It’s a night filled with live performances, ballroom house, soulful sounds, techno beats, and everything in between. Often described as a non-conformist or musical chameleon, Roman Flügel is one of the most important names in the electronic music scene and an essential part of Frankfurt’s vibrant nightlife.

It would be impossible to discuss contemporary music in Germany—or even across the world—without acknowledging his influence. Luckily, PR’s own, Diego Martinelli (Diego Andrés) was able to sit down with the techno legend to do just that. Read our latest edition of On The Record at the editorial link in bio.

And don’t miss these two together in the Sound Room, Saturday, 6.15. Tickets available at the link in bio.

When we started to conceptualize THE NURSERY, we first thought about our existing needs on campus—one being the need to protect our plant life during the winter. As the idea developed, we challenged ourselves to find out what it would look like if this plant nursery could also engage with public activities like dinners and music events. The result is a space that fully embodies our ethos. It contextualizes music experiences, champions sustainably minded design, and connects people to nature—and at its core, serves as a vessel for incredible parties.
