Sushmita Mukherjee. This workshop is designed to help find a way to work with our emotional and spiritual struggles in a way that is both effective and in alignment with our highest values. We will use an interspiritual and anti-oppressive sensibility with opportunities for embodied exploration, and participants will leave with tools and strategies for ongoing political engagement.
