What is this?
This is a progression of Shoulder CAR's, Controlled Articular Rotations, used to create healthy mobility and stability of your joint. Which with the shoulder being our most mobile joint (ball & socket, or like a golf ball on a tee) this can be a great thing but also create problems bc of it's hyper mobility and vice versa.
Having healthy, mobile and stable joints in turn helps dramatically with your strength gains.

Floor Presses.
Great for establishing good range of motion for the movement and to focus on that pressing positioning.
I also like to add a locked out hold with leg raises to the weight. Continued test of the trunk (yes, the raises should be slower haha) and overall strength by maintaining that locked out position.
Find your rhythm, hold yourself accountable and stay consistent. No matter what.

Cheers to progress! 🎉
In the past several months I've been working on my rowing a lot. Rowing was never something I was consistent with. It was a way to break the monotony of my go-to workout/training modalities.
With the help of Coach Jaime on the app and consistent training sessions on the rower I've seen a massive shift in my power and technique.
Many of you know that I have been doing a cardio WOD I call the 3000 Tabata which consists of 3 rounds of the following: 1000m Row, 1000m Ski, and a fan bike Tabata.
Today was the first time I did a sub 4 minute 1000m row all 3 times! 💥🔥 I'm not ready for the world championships or anything but in my world it's progress worth noting.
