SHVO is pleased to announce the next chapter of the iconic Miami Beach property, The Raleigh Miami Beach, with a highly anticipated revival and restoration by famed architect Peter Marino Architect. The re-imagined, 3 acre retreat with 220 feet of ocean frontage features three distinct components: A 60 suite hotel managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, entirely restored and modernized with ultra-luxury service and amenities; Rosewood Residences Miami Beach, a newly constructed oceanfront tower featuring 44 residences; and a private member’s club offering beachfront dining and leisure.

SHVO appointed world renowned architects to revitalize the iconic Transamerica Pyramid Center in San Francisco.
The biggest renovation in the buildings 50-year history, this redevelopment seeks to give a new lease of life to one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks and the second tallest building in the city.
The project will also expand and upgrade the adjacent Three Transamerica (545 Sansome) to a contemporary high-design office building.
