So grateful for the opportunity to showcase our latest entrepreneur, Pro Class student Sarah Black...Sarah offered samples of her delicious creations that she perfected in our test kitchen...Dehydrated Vegan Macaroons. The positive feedback she received was astounding! Be on the lookout for these delectable confections perfect for Pesach!

This hands-on, skills-based series covers the advanced skills that amateur cooks need to take their culinary education to the next level.
Classes will cover all types of cuisine including Mexican, Asian, and Italian. Also featured in this series will be Knife Skills, Fresh Pasta Workshop, Poultry, Fish, Breakfast Bonanza, Channukah Delights, French Pastries, Yeast Breads, and Cake Decorating.

Kosher Culinary is seeking instructor for its' recreational classes and private events.
Candidate should have passion, charisma, and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in a restaurant/caterer/hotel or professional food service environment.
Candidate should be excited about transferring his/her knowledge and skills in an educational environment and should be able to train, teach, coach, and evaluate students of various skill levels.
Chef instructor responsibilities include but are not limited to, leading classes of up to 14 students from basic to advanced levels, designing recreational classes, and preparing class requisitions.
Instructor will be expected to deliver a professional lecture and effectively manage a culinary or pastry class.
