Rockwell Place Brooklyn Bear's Garden

The Rockwell garden is tended by volunteers, and everyone is welcome to join. For membership and other information, email chiron.bklyn@outlook,com.

You can tend a vegetable bed, a flower area or help turn the compost, just sit and enjoy the beauty, or join in at one of our many workdays or BBQs. Rockwell is a New York City Parks Department garden and is open to the public on weekends and whenever the gate is open, from April to October each year. You can tend a vegetable bed or a flower area, help turn the compost, just sit and enjoy the beauty, or join in at one of our many workdays or BBQs.
