Gracie Bullyproof classes coming to New York City!!!
Gracie Bullyproof is more than just your typical kids martial arts class. Through role-play scenarios we teach kids how to stand up to bullying, both verbal & physical, without becoming bullies themselves. We essentially teach them to fight fire with water.
The Bullyproof program also incorporates a strong Character Development component which focuses on core traits every two months (Responsibility, Health, Caring, Manners, Citizenship) kids are encouraged to earn points at home by demonstrating these values and in turn they earn their spot for Gracie Game Day!! It’s win-win for both the kids and the parents!
