The Butcherblock is also well known near and far for there Hot food Case which on any given day offers 20 different dishes plus there daily specials. Our portions here are large we fill the plates to capacity and charge an average between $7.00- $10.00 per dinner. The butcherblock also offers a large extensive catering menu, we have been doing this for Twenty some years so I think we can call ourselves experts in catering at this point. For events small and big we have the perfect dishes on our menu to please everyone. The butcherblock is also a Deli it offers your usual everyday sandwiches and then there are what make it standout among delis and makes there sandwiches delicious, every day our roast beef is cooked to rare perfection, our turkey is oven roasted flavored with herbs rather than salt for our health conscious customers ,plus many of our dinner dishes from the hot food case are delicious when served in a sandwich for example chicken parmigian, Coffee brisket ,our in house corn beef to mention a few.We have a huge selection of salads and full range of Boars head products. Our breads are fresh baked daily locally sourced we also offer all our sandwiches on our fresh Irish imported breads. And last but not least the humble yet deliciously good Sausage Roll which if u never had one you are missing out this is our in house Irish style sausage meat wrapped in pastry and baked in the oven until golden brown this is a must if u ever visit our store I promise you will not be disappointed. Now let me talk about the other part of our business which is meat ,if you walk into the Butcherblock on any given day you will find 2-3 butchers behind the meat counter,between us we have over 60 years experience in butchering so we know Quality meat, we know how to cut and prepare and we also can give pretty good tips on how it should be cooked . The Butcherblock is well known for our Irish style sausage, Rashers, white pudding, black pudding also known as blood pudding which we produce on site to a traditional Irish recipe. We pride ourselves on not just having the highest quality meat available but also on delivering the highest level of customer service to you our customers that is the heart of our business and we do it well if I do say so myself.
