Discover wonder

Our story began with a simple idea – that the adventurous experiences we have as children inspire a lifelong passion for learning. So, when we first became parents, we tried to find the program providers in our neighborhoods that could do that for our own children.

But, as any new parent can tell you, life gets in the way. Diapers need changing. Bills need paying. Oh, and there’s that whole work thing, too. And since finding and booking all the great activities for children meant endless Google searches, writing checks, and asking friends for recommendations at the playground, something had to give...and we knew it couldn’t be the diapers.

We needed a tool we could trust to do this work for us, and when we couldn’t find it – and realized we weren’t the only ones – the idea for Sawyer was born.

Now, Sawyer is home to a wonder-full world of inspiring artists, engineers, musicians, scientists, chefs, yogis, and so much more – all dedicated to sharing their passions with the children they teach. So whether you’re looking to nurture your child’s latest curiosity, or simply need something to do on a rainy day, we’ll be here to help you re-discover the neighborhood through your child’s eyes.
