We grow a lot of food. A LOT. We’ve had a garden for 20+ years that we turned into a food forest 4+ years ago. Last year we got a Garden Tower and started growing indoors as well. We grow and consume sprouts regularly and used to grow wheatgrass (thinking of going back to that).

Here’s my question: we want to grow microgreens indoors but need a good system to do it. We have flats and have grown them over the spring/summer outside and even in our greenhouse. The indoor cats we have are PAINS IN THE BUTT when it comes to our plants now. We don’t have a heated outside space so it has to be indoors. Some contraption or idea must exist that we aren’t thinking of to grow indoors AND protect from cats. Please help!! 😩

It’s not so much the point that we seem to be taking the same exact pic everyday 😆 it’s more that it’s 1. DECEMBER in NY and 2. we are outside first thing in the morning and 3. we don’t have jackets on or the need to be bundled up today

This is something we *always* have in the house. The raindrop oils are gamechangers to well-being! You can put them along the spine and also on the bottoms of your feet. One after the other.

We even have a special bag that we keep our raindrop oils in plus a few extra oils for respiratory support like: copaiba, idaho blue spruce, NLBS, eucalyptus radiata, dorado azul, lavender, etc. That way when we need it, we don’t have to go searching for all of the oils.
